Which countries are included in the UK and Ireland?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK and Ireland for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, all BFPO addresses, the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
How will it be delivered?
All items delivered to a UK address will be despatched using Royal Mail First Class. All items delivered to an Irish address will be despatched using Royal Mail Airsure.
How long will it take to arrive?
For despatch to a UK or Irish address, delivery time is 7-10 working days from receipt of order.
Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.
What are the VAT charges ?
VAT at 15% is charged on all products except books. VAT is also charged on postage and packaging. VAT is included in the basic p&p rates given.

Flat rate for any purchase = £2.00

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We shall endeavour to dispatch goods within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order. Any item purchased from us, which proves faulty on our equipment, will be exchanged. We retain the right not to fulfil any order.
DVDs cannot be returned or refunded for reasons specifying format. Please be sure before you order any items from us that you are able to play them.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
